Meet Alicia

Alicia Fitch is the Senior Director of Marketing for ManageMint, Inc. and the Rooted Collaborative, where she plays a key role in advocating for Black and Brown women in the social sector.

How do you intend to use the funds?

As a mother of four, she plans to use this investment to join a wellness program designed to offer respite for working moms. This program will allow her to regain focus and prioritize her well-being. With renewed clarity, Alicia will create a strategic roadmap for advancing her career in fundraising. By sharpening her focus, Alicia will be better positioned to design innovative fundraising initiatives, engage diverse partners, and lead efforts to secure long-term funding for the causes she champions, ensuring the organizations she supports can continue their impactful work.
